Cancellations & Returns

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, any cancellation is subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

If an order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the Returns After Delivery process outlined below.

Returns After Delivery

Orders may be returned within 10 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Buyer must notify us within 10 days of receiving the order

  • Items must be unused and returned in original condition with all stickers intact

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the return amount

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped

Surroundings Polish Pottery is not responsible for any damage incurred during the return shipping process. We strongly recommend proper packing and full insurance for all return shipments.

Returns received outside this window or not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Processing

Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive the returned item(s) to inspect and process the return or issue store credit, as applicable.
