Collectors’ Heritage Reserve -Consignment Guidelines
At Surroundings Polish Pottery,
we are honored to curate exceptional heritage pieces through our Collectors’ Heritage Reserve program.
To ensure clarity, care, and professionalism for both our partners and our collectors, the following guidelines apply:
1. Consignment & Delivery
Consigned pottery may be delivered to Surroundings Polish Pottery in one of the following ways:
Partner-arranged shipping, after approval of pieces and execution of a signed consignment agreement, or
Transportation arranged in coordination with Surroundings Polish Pottery, including professional handling and logistics when available. All items must be delivered to Surroundings Polish Pottery.
Any costs associated with delivery, including shipping, transportation, or travel, are the responsibility of the consigning partner.
2. Evaluation & Agreement
Before any shipment:
All pieces must be approved by Surroundings Polish Pottery
A signed consignment contract must be completed
This ensures mutual understanding of ownership, pricing, responsibilities, and care.
3. Sales & Compensation Structure
After a successful sale:
From the net sale amount, Surroundings Polish Pottery deducts a 10% handling and operational fee
The remaining balance is then split 50/50 between the consignor and Surroundings Polish Pottery
Surroundings Polish Pottery provides complete professional services, including:
