Shipping Policy

We hope you love your Polish Pottery as much as we do, but in the event your purchase does not meet your expectations we have the following return policy for items purchased from Surroundings Polish Pottery's online platforms:

Order Fulfillment Errors or Manufacturer Defect: Please contact us within 10 days of order receipt to inform us of any problems. Please contact us within 30 days if you have not received your order. Refunds will not be issued if we are not contacted within these time frames.

In the case of items damaged during shipping, please keep all packing materials and the item itself in the event the carrier asks us to provide these items. When contacting us please include photographs of the item, packaging, and box if damaged, invoice/order number and description of the item.

All the pottery we sell is imported directly from the factories in Poland. All items are quality inspected at the factory level, but there are occasions when something is overlooked in Poland and by us. In the case of manufacturer defect please provide photographs and description of the issue as well as the invoice/order number.  Please keep in mind that part of the charm and desirability of Polish Pottery is that each piece is hand crafted from start to finish and variations will occur from one piece to the next. Variances in pattern design or color are not considered defects and are not eligible for a full refund.

Returns involving damaged items, order fulfillment errors and items that have acknowledged quality issues will receive a full refund to the original form of payment minus any discounts given or a replacement - at our discretion. . We may request the return of an item and in that case will provide a return label. All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

All other returns are subject to the following: Buyer may return any item for any reason provided we are notified within 10 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages during the return process. Once received and found to be in original unused condition with all stickers, we will issue store credit for the item minus 10% processing fee and any shipping cost incurred by us to ship to you originally. As with all returns, the item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Returns outside this window will not be accepted.

By paying an invoice it is understood that you have reviewed the items on your invoice for accuracy and are instructing us to pack and ship your order. We make every attempt to monitor messages but cannot guarantee we will see requests to change or cancel orders. Order cancellations are considered a return once payment is made. Refer to "All other returns" for information.

Just for emphasis, Please inspect all orders for damage and accuracy when they are received. All returns regardless of the reason require notification within 10 days of receipt.
